I've made my contribution to the Dreamlinux variants with DreamSTeP and the upcoming Dreamlinux SE (server edition). So who is going to come up with the 64-bit DL???  Grin

All jokes aside, and I know this has been discussed before...but is there hope for a possible 64-bit DL sometime in the future? Just curious. And no, I have no plans to work on one. Smiley But, I would love to have it one day!

At the moment it's all 32 bit, but I suppose it's possible with a Debian 64bit base. I think the other problem would be finding enough 64bit machines to properly test Alpha/Beta/RC releases.

I'd certainly like a 64bit version for my Laptops.

Lol! That would be a job for the head-devs, bit too involved for my (lack of) development skills.

I've got my work cut out with just a single Desktop edition (Fluxbox).

Around the beginning of September we will all be having a meeting to discuss DL-4.0, so I could ask if a 64bit edition is a possibility.

Given the plethora of 64 bit systems for sale by domestic retailers, or 'build-your-own', surely the question should not be 'if', but 'when' .......
