So I had no problem booting into DL 3.5 using a SDHC.  I was able to get everything working that is important to me.  I installed it with no problem except I cannot boot into ANYTHING now, unless I plug the SD card back in. 

If I install and put grub on the MBR I get the grub console and cannot do anything with it.

If I install and put grub on the root partition then I get the option to choose Dream Linux but if I hit enter it does nothing.

Has anyone else had this problem and can they point me in the right direction?  Very annoying.

Everytime I install I do a full format of the root partition.  I have only one partition for the entire install.

Hello afderrick, can you give us more information about your hardware, also we would like to know if try another distro in that EEE or this is the first time?
